Miguel Vera is a lawyer based in Mexico, with a strong background in business, corporate and tax law. He earned his Law Degree from Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City, followed by a Master’s Degree in Financial Law from the same university and a Master’s Degree in "Corporate, M&A, Banking and Finance" from the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE) in Madrid, Spain.
Throughout his career, Miguel has worked at leading law firms in Mexico City, including Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa and Santamarina & Steta, advising clients on tax, corporate and broader business law matters.
His legal background, combined with his experience advising businesses and investors, gives him a practical understanding of the legal and tax considerations involved in investing and doing business in Mexico. He focuses on helping clients navigate the legal, tax and business aspects of real estate transactions and investments, with particular attention to structure, due diligence and the practical execution of each transaction.
Miguel brings a hands-on approach to his work, combining legal knowledge with a business perspective to help clients make informed decisions and structure their investments in Mexico with confidence.

Laura Conde, holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara, with a specialization in Human Resources. She brings more than 10 years of experience in real estate, working with clients interested in buying, selling and renting property in Mexico.
Over the years, she has developed a strong understanding of the Mexican real estate market and has built lasting relationships with buyers, sellers and property owners. Her work is centered on understanding what each client is looking for, identifying suitable opportunities and providing practical advice throughout the real estate experience.
Her background in business administration and human resources has strengthened her skills in negotiation, communication and client management. She combines this experience with a deep knowledge of real estate to provide clear, thoughtful and personalized advice to clients throughout Mexico
